The Horticulture Association of Bhutan, a non-profit organization, is officially registered as a sector association under Section 8 of the Guidelines for the Formation and Endorsement of Sector Associations. The organization aims to achieve its goals as outlined in its Articles of Association and will operate throughout Bhutan. It is important to note that this organization is bound by the regulations set forth in the Royal Charter of the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2022, as well as other applicable laws in the country.

Farmers (individual license holders), farmer groups, co-operatives, and local business owners involved in the horticultural industry who sign up as members of the association will be able to take use of the services as well as the exclusive benefits that the association provides.
